8MP 4K PoE Bullet Camera

The Annke C800 is an 8-megapixel IP bullet camera that records 4K ultra-high-definition video at 3840 × 2160 resolution. It connects via a single RJ45 cable using Power over Ethernet for both data and power. Built-in microphone and microSD slot up to 512 GB add audio and local storage. IP67-rated metal and plastic housing suits indoor or outdoor mounting.

Upgrade from lower-resolution PoE cameras

Replacing a 1080p or 2K PoE bullet camera with this 4K model quadruples pixel count and adds 120 dB true WDR, 3D DNR, BLC and HLC for high-contrast scenes. The jump is worth it when you need forensic detail across a 96 ° field of view or require AI human and vehicle detection to reduce false alerts. H.265+ compression keeps bit-rates between 32 Kbps and 16 Mbps.

Verify PoE switch budget and NVR codec support

Confirm your PoE switch or injector delivers enough power for the camera without exceeding the switch’s total budget. Ensure the recorder or VMS supports H.265+/H.265/H.264+ decoding at 8 MP and can write to a microSD card up to 512 GB. Check that operating temperatures from -30 °C to 60 °C match the installation site.
