A two-pack of IEEE 802.3af compliant splitters that separate PoE input into 5 V 2.4 A power and 10/100 Mbps ethernet for non-PoE IP cameras
This two-pack supplies 5V DC power and 10/100Mbps ethernet data from a single PoE cable. It is built for installers who need to run IP cameras or other 5V network devices where no mains outlet exists. Each splitter draws 44-56V DC from a PoE switch or injector and separates it into regulated power and data.
Every unit includes both a 3.5mm x 1.35mm and a 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel connector on a 19.0cm lead, so you can match common camera power inputs without adapters. No configuration is required; the splitters are IEEE 802.3af compliant and begin passing power and data as soon as they are connected.
The 2.4A output delivers up to 12 watts, enough for typical 5V IP cameras and similar loads, but cannot support devices that draw more current. The ethernet path is limited to 10/100Mbps, so gigabit non-PoE equipment will not operate at full speed through these splitters.

The two included DC plugs are passive connectors with no moving parts; they only need replacement if the cable is physically damaged.
The splitter passes data at 100 megabits per second, so the 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port is the bottleneck under continuous load.
It delivers up to 12 watts at 5 V and operates from −10 °C to 45 °C ambient, so heat output stays within that thermal envelope.
