Flat Cat 7 cable for 10 Gbps networking

This flat Cat 7 patch cable reaches 100 ft and supports data rates up to 10000 Mbps with a 600 MHz bandwidth. Four shielded twisted pairs use 32 AWG bare copper conductors and gold-plated RJ45 plugs. The slim profile slides under carpets or along baseboards for discreet home or office runs.

Suits gamers and streamers who need a long.

The 100 ft length covers whole-house runs to consoles, PCs, NAS boxes or VoIP phones without bulky round cable. Buyers who need in-wall rated jackets, outdoor burial grade or pre-terminated patch panels should look at other products.

Maintains 10 Gbps throughput over the full 100 ft

Shielded SSTP construction and bare copper cores keep crosstalk and alien noise low during sustained transfers such as cloud backups, video surveillance streams or server replication. Gold contacts and moulded strain relief resist oxidation and connector fatigue during continuous operation.

Questions about this item

What devices with RJ45 ports can I connect using this 100 ft Cat 7 cable?

The cable fits any device with an RJ45 jack — Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, computers, laptops, modems, routers, switches, printers, ADSL gear, NAS units and VoIP phones.

Will this flat Cat 7 cable work with my existing Cat 5e or Cat 6 patch panel and keystone jacks?

Yes, it is backward compatible with Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6A infrastructure, so it plugs straight into older panels and jacks without adapters.

How can I verify the link is running at the advertised 10 Gigabit speed after I plug it in?

Check the connection status on your router, switch or PC network adapter — it should report a 10 Gbps (10000 Mbps) link rate and 600 MHz bandwidth when both ends support that speed.
