USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable 3.3ft
This cable connects a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 source to a DisplayPort display. It supports 8K at 60Hz, 4K at up to 165Hz and 2K at 165Hz. The unidirectional design only carries video from the source to the monitor.
Braided nylon cord with 32.4Gbps bandwidth
The braided nylon jacket protects the conductors during daily use. Bandwidth reaches 32.4Gbps with HBR3, HDR and HDCP 2.2/1.4 support. Backwards compatibility covers DisplayPort 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.
Unidirectional USB-C source to DisplayPort sink
This cable works only from a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 host to a DisplayPort input. It cannot drive a USB-C display from a DisplayPort source. Buyers needing the reverse direction or a bidirectional link must choose a different product.

Questions about this item
How do I plug in the Aomoproing USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable and which direction must the signal travel?
Connect the USB-C end to the source device with Thunderbolt 3 or 4 and the DisplayPort end to the monitor; the cable is unidirectional and only carries video from USB-C to DisplayPort.
What upkeep will the braided nylon jacket and connectors need over time?
The braided nylon cord resists abrasion; occasionally wipe the metal connectors with a dry cloth and avoid sharp bends near the ends to maintain reliable contact.
At what resolution and refresh rate does the 32.4 Gbps bandwidth limit appear first during extended gaming sessions?
The 32.4 Gbps ceiling is reached at 8K 60 Hz or 4K 165 Hz with HDR enabled; sustained use at those modes leaves no headroom for higher refresh rates.
