What the set does and who uses it

This 12-blade apple slicer set is built for commercial kitchens and home cooks who need to core and divide round fruit quickly. The slicer handles produce up to 4.72 inches in diameter and produces twelve even slices in one press. The bundled peelers and forks extend the kit to peeling and serving tasks.

The specification that decides fit

The slicer accepts fruit and vegetables up to 4.72 inches across, so larger apples or onions will not sit cleanly in the frame. Blades are 100 % food-grade stainless steel and the handles are anti-slip silicone for a secure grip during repetitive use.

What the bundled accessories change

A ceramic-blade peeler removes skin without digging into the flesh, while a dedicated citrus tool tackles orange rind. Two metal fruit forks let you lift and serve slices immediately. Every piece is dishwasher safe, so cleanup does not slow down high-volume prep.
