ESD-safe diagonal cutters cut wire up to 1000 V with steel jaws and cushioned grips
The Erem 595E diagonal cutters are built for electricians and technicians who need to cut wires, cables and small bars safely. The steel jaws have straight edges that taper to a point for precise trimming. A cushion grip handle provides a firm, comfortable hold during extended use. This ESD safe tool is rated for voltages up to 1000V.
The 1000V rating defines the maximum voltage the insulated handles are tested to withstand. It does not make the tool suitable for live work beyond that threshold or for cutting hardened materials such as piano wire or steel rod. The jaw geometry is designed for copper and aluminium conductors only. Exceeding the rated voltage or material hardness risks insulation failure and tool damage.
Verify that the 7/16 in. jaw width and 15/32 in. jaw length match the conductor sizes you typically cut. Confirm the overall 4-1/2 in. length fits your tool belt or pouch and that the cushion grip suits your hand size and glove choice. Ensure your work procedures allow the use of hand tools rated to 1000V for the circuits you encounter.

The supplier data lists only the 595E model with its 4-1/2 inch overall length and 15/32 inch jaw dimensions. No other sizes or variants are mentioned.
The 1000V marking indicates the insulated handles are tested to protect the user up to that voltage. It does not make the cutting edges themselves safe to touch live parts.
