Questions about this item

What does the VB320-BL1915 include and what must be purchased separately?

The drawer ships with a fixed 5-by-5 bill and coin till plus two media slots; a MultiPRO interface cable is required and sold separately.

Which capacity suits a typical retail counter — the 19-inch or a smaller size?

The 18.80 by 15.20 inch footprint fits standard 19-inch wide counter cut-outs and provides five bill and five coin compartments for medium-volume tills.

What does the 24V Powered USB rating mean for daily operation?

The drawer draws 24 volts through the Powered USB connection, so it powers directly from a compatible POS terminal without an external power brick.
