Ready-to-use iPad for everyday tasks

This 9.7 inch tablet ships with iOS 14 installed and an Apple A9 processor running at 1.85 GHz. The Retina IPS display shows 2048 by 1536 pixels at 264 ppi. Two gigabytes of memory and 64 gigabytes of flash storage handle web browsing, email and video streaming. Touch ID and Bluetooth 4.2 are built in.

Suits light users on a budget

Buyers who need a simple device for reading, casual apps or video calls will find the front 1.2 megapixel FaceTime camera and rear 8 megapixel camera adequate. Wi-Fi only connectivity means no cellular data option. The unit shows cosmetic blemishes such as scratches or dents and may include a protective skin. Shoppers who want pristine condition or cellular capability should look elsewhere.

Handles daily apps and media playback

Sixty-four gigabytes of storage holds a typical mix of apps, photos and offline video with room to spare. The A9 chip and 2 GB memory keep standard iOS 14 workflows smooth. Demanding multitasking, heavy gaming or professional creative suites will exceed the available headroom. Battery life exceeds five hours on a single charge.
