What this iPad is and who it suits

The Apple iPad 5th Generation is a 9.7 inch internet tablet with 32GB of built-in storage and 2GB of memory. It runs iOS 10 on an Apple A9 processor clocked at 1.85 GHz. The Space Gray model includes front and rear cameras plus 1080p video recording. It is a functional choice for basic web browsing, media consumption and light productivity tasks.

Practical limits of the WiFi only interface

This tablet connects exclusively via WiFi with no cellular capability. It has zero USB ports and no HDMI output, so wired peripherals or external displays cannot be attached directly. The 32GB internal capacity is fixed and cannot be expanded. Users relying on large local libraries or frequent large file transfers will find the storage and connectivity restrictive.

Check your setup before ordering

The unit ships with an aftermarket charger rather than the original Apple adapter. Cosmetically, it shows signs of previous use such as light scratches or screen spots, though it is tested and 100% functional. Verify that your existing cables and accessories are compatible with the Lightning port. Ensure iOS 10 supports the apps and services you require, as newer software may not run on this version.
