Purpose and audience

This Apple iPad Air is a 9.7-inch tablet with 32 GB of storage and a Silver finish, designed for everyday web browsing, media streaming and light productivity. It connects via Wi-Fi and uses a Lightning port for charging and accessories. Buyers who need cellular data on the go or significantly more storage should consider other options.

Build and daily use

The device is supplied in very good cosmetic condition with only minor signs of wear and includes a premium aftermarket wall charger and USB cable. A single Lightning connector handles power and data, keeping the cable count low on a desk or in a bag. Original packaging is not included.

Deciding specification

The 32 GB capacity is the key figure that determines whether this iPad can hold the apps, photos and offline content a user requires. No expansion slot is present, so the internal space must be sufficient from day one.

Questions about this item

What interface does the Lightning port use and what does that limit in practice?

The single Lightning port handles charging, data sync and accessory connection, so only one wired function can run at a time.

What physical space is needed for the 9.7 inch tablet and its included charger?

The 9.7 inch slate fits a small bag or large pocket; the aftermarket wall charger and cable add minimal bulk.

How do I set up the iPad and what step is often missed?

Power on, follow the on-screen Apple ID sign-in, then check for the latest iOS update — many skip the update and miss security patches.
