Capacity and unlocked status

The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max delivers 512GB of storage in an unlocked handset that works with any compatible carrier. Its 6.7 inch display shows content at 2778 x 1284 pixels, and the A14 Bionic chip with six cores handles demanding apps and multitasking. The silver finish gives a clean, professional look for daily use.

Battery life and thermal behaviour

A 3687 mAh lithium-ion cell powers the phone through typical mixed workloads without requiring a midday recharge. The hexa-core processor balances two performance cores with four efficiency cores, keeping heat output low during routine tasks such as browsing, messaging and video playback. Fanless silent operation is maintained at all times.

Build, cameras and daily connections

The glass-and-metal chassis meets IP68 water resistance, while the triple 12 megapixel camera system covers wide, ultra-wide and telephoto perspectives for versatile shooting. A USB Type-C to Lightning cable is included for charging and data transfer, and Face ID secures unlock and payments without a fingerprint sensor. Siri voice control handles commands and dictation hands-free.

Questions about this item

How do I activate this iPhone 12 Pro Max with my carrier?

Insert a nano-SIM from your carrier, connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data, then follow the on-screen Setup Assistant. The step people miss is skipping the Wi-Fi connection, which stalls activation.

What part will need replacement first after heavy daily use?

The non-removable 3687 mAh lithium-ion battery will degrade over time; Apple or an authorised provider can replace it when capacity drops noticeably.

What limits sustained performance during long gaming or video sessions?

The A14 Bionic chip throttles back clock speeds once the internal thermal limit is reached, reducing frame rates until the chassis cools.
