Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB

This unlocked smartphone runs iOS on Apple's A14 Bionic chip with a 6-core CPU and 16-core Neural Engine. It offers 256GB of flash storage and a 6.7-inch display at 2778 x 1284 pixels. The triple camera system captures 12-megapixel images. It suits buyers who want a large-screen iPhone with ample storage.

Installation and typical issues

The device arrives fully unlocked and ready for any carrier SIM. Activation follows the standard iOS setup assistant over Wi-Fi or cellular. A USB Type-C to Lightning cable handles charging and data sync. Buyers who need a physical home button or a headphone jack will not find them here.

Capacity and headroom

The 256GB capacity stores large photo libraries, 4K video and many apps with room to spare. The 6-core processor and Neural Engine handle current iOS features and multitasking smoothly. The 3687 mAh battery supports a full day of mixed use. Users who record hours of ProRes video or keep massive offline media libraries may eventually fill the storage.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the A14 Bionic chip and 256GB storage are recognised after setup?

Open Settings, tap General, then About. The Model Name will show iPhone 12 Pro Max, the Chip line will read A14 Bionic and Capacity will list 256GB, confirming the 6-core CPU and flash storage are active.

Which accessories are included and what must I source separately?

The box contains the iPhone 12 Pro Max and a USB Type-C to Lightning cable. A USB-C power adapter, Lightning headphones and any MagSafe charger are not included and must be purchased separately.

Why choose the 256GB Silver model over other capacities or colours?

The 256GB option provides the maximum factory storage available for this model, while Silver is one of the standard finish choices; no other capacity or colour changes the 6.7-inch 2778 x 1284 display, triple 12MP cameras or 3687 mAh battery.
