Unlocked iPhone 16 with 256 GB

This fully unlocked Apple iPhone 16 comes in Ultramarine with 256 GB of storage. It is built for anyone who wants a carrier-free smartphone with a pristine screen and minimal body wear. The aluminium frame and Ceramic Shield front cover a 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. Grade A condition means no scratches, dents or cosmetic damage are present.

Sustained brightness and thermal balance

The display reaches a typical maximum of 1,000 nits and can peak at 1,600 nits for HDR content or 2,000 nits outdoors. A 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 460 ppi pixel density stay stable during long viewing sessions. True Tone and wide colour (P3) adjust continuously without sudden shifts. The oleophobic coating resists fingerprints even after extended handling.

eSIM-only model for US buyers

Units sold for the USA market rely exclusively on eSIM with no physical nano-SIM tray. Buyers who need a removable nano-SIM card cannot use this variant. The APAC version supports nano-SIM and/or eSIM, but this specific unit follows the US configuration. Check your carrier’s eSIM support before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 6.1 inch OLED display and aluminium frame produce when the phone runs all day?

The 170g aluminium body with Ceramic Shield front dissipates heat passively; no active cooling is present, so sustained loads warm the frame but stay within normal operating limits for a 6.1 inch device.

What must I already own to activate the eSIM or nano-SIM on this unlocked iPhone 16?

You need a carrier plan that supports eSIM or a physical nano-SIM, plus a Wi-Fi or cellular connection for initial activation; the phone ships without a SIM tool or pre-installed SIM.

Will my existing Lightning cables and 5 W USB-A chargers charge the 256GB Ultramarine model at full speed?

The iPhone 16 uses a USB-C port, so Lightning cables do not fit; older USB-A chargers work with a USB-C to USB-A cable but deliver only up to 5 W, far below the phone's maximum charging rate.
