Refurbished 256GB unlocked iPhone 16 Pro Max

This unit is a fully unlocked Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max with 256 GB of storage in Black Titanium. It ships in Grade A cosmetic condition, meaning the screen shows no scratches and the body reveals no visible damage when viewed from twelve inches away. The battery retains more than 80 percent of its original capacity. It is suited for anyone who wants a flagship iPhone without carrier restrictions.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The device runs iOS 18 on the A18 Pro chip and connects via 5G on both GSM and CDMA networks. An IP68 rating protects against water and dust ingress during everyday handling. The 6.9 inch OLED panel delivers a 2868-by-1320-pixel resolution at 460 ppi with wide P3 colour. Face ID, a LiDAR scanner, barometer, high-dynamic-range gyro, high-g accelerometer, proximity sensor and dual ambient light sensors all operate within the standard thermal envelope of the handset.

Dual eSIM and pro camera system changes

Dual eSIM support lets you maintain two active lines without a physical SIM tray. The rear Pro camera system combines a 48 MP Fusion main module with 24 mm ƒ/1.78 optics, a 12 MP 2x telephoto at 48 mm ƒ/1.78, a 48 MP ultra-wide at 13 mm ƒ/2.2 with a 120° field of view and a 12 MP 5x telephoto at 120 mm ƒ/2.8 with a 20° field of view. Video recording covers 4K Dolby Vision at up to 120 fps and 1080p Dolby Vision at up to 120 fps. This phone is not for buyers who require a physical nano-SIM slot or who need more than 256 GB of onboard storage.

Questions about this item

How do I activate the eSIM on this unlocked iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Go to Settings, tap Cellular, choose Add eSIM, then scan the QR code from your carrier or enter the details manually. The device supports Dual eSIM so you can store multiple plans.

When will the battery need replacement on this Grade A refurbished unit?

The battery holds over 80% of its original capacity. Expect a replacement once it drops below that threshold, typically after several hundred full charge cycles under normal use.

At what point does the A18 Pro chip throttle during extended 4K 120 fps recording?

Sustained 4K Dolby Vision at 120 fps generates heat that triggers thermal management. The system will reduce frame rates or stop recording once the internal temperature limit is reached.
