Questions about this item

Will my existing physical SIM card work with the Dual SIM eSIM setup on this iPhone 16 Pro Max?

The device uses Dual SIM with eSIM technology, so it does not accept a physical SIM card. You will need to activate service through an eSIM profile provided by your carrier.

How can I verify the 48MP Fusion camera and LiDAR Scanner are functioning correctly after setup?

Open the Camera app and select the 48MP HEIF Max option in settings to capture a test photo; then launch the Measure app to confirm the LiDAR Scanner detects depth and surfaces accurately.

What accessories are included in the box and what must I purchase separately for charging?

The box contains the iPhone 16 Pro Max and a USB-C charge cable; a USB-C power adapter is not included and must be bought separately.
