Sustained Everyday Use

The A13 Bionic chip handles multitasking, photography and 4K video recording without throttling during extended sessions. IP67 water resistance protects against splashes and brief immersion. Grade B cosmetic condition means the body may show dents, chips or scuffs and the screen may have hairline scratches, but all functions remain intact.

Questions about this item

How long does the A13 Bionic chip sustain peak speed before it throttles?

The iPhone SE (2020) uses the A13 Bionic chip found in the iPhone 11. Apple does not publish a sustained-throttle figure, so real-world limits depend on workload and ambient temperature.

Does the 4.7-inch Retina IPS LCD at 625 nits make the phone run hot or loud during all-day use?

The handset has no fan and relies on its aluminum frame to spread heat. Typical mixed use stays warm rather than hot, and there is no audible noise.

Which nano-SIM size or eSIM profile must I already have to activate this unlocked unit?

The tray accepts a nano-SIM (4FF). The eSIM works with any carrier that supports Apple's embedded-SIM provisioning on iOS.
