Apple iPhone XR A1984 64GB Black

This unlocked smartphone features a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina LCD display and Apple A12 Bionic processor. It comes with 64GB of internal storage and 3GB of RAM. The unit includes a wireless charger, UL approved power adapter and charging cable. It runs iOS 15.4 and has a 12MP rear camera with optical image stabilization.

Suits users wanting an affordable iOS device

Buyers who need 5G connectivity or a dual-camera system should consider other models. The single rear lens limits zoom and depth-sensing capabilities compared to newer flagships. Users requiring more than 64GB of onboard storage will find the capacity restrictive. The LCD panel lacks the contrast ratio of OLED alternatives.

64GB fixed storage capacity

The 64GB capacity is soldered and cannot be expanded via memory card. This amount suits light app users and streamers but fills quickly with 4K video or large game libraries. iOS 15.4 occupies a portion of this space out of the box. Buyers planning to keep the phone for several years should verify this capacity meets their long-term needs.

Questions about this item

Does the iPhone XR A1984 work with my existing Lightning headphones and cables?

Yes, the Lightning port on this model accepts the same headphones and cables you already use with earlier iPhones.

Will my older 5 W USB-A power adapter charge the iPhone XR A1984 at full speed?

The 5 W adapter will charge the phone, but more slowly than the included UL-approved adapter; the device manages the rate automatically.

How can I confirm the A12 Bionic is running at 2.49 GHz after setup?

iOS does not expose a live CPU clock readout; you can verify performance by opening benchmark apps or checking that demanding tasks run smoothly.
