Passive Heatsink for Aquaero 6

This black anodised aluminium heatsink mounts directly onto an Aquaero 6 Pro or XT controller. It increases the thermal headroom of the onboard fan channels, allowing higher sustained power output without active airflow. The unit ships with all mounting hardware required for installation alongside the optional Real Time Clock module (70215).

Builders with limited case airflow

The passive design suits systems where a dedicated fan cannot be fitted over the controller. It is not intended for users who need the absolute maximum cooling capacity that an active water block provides, nor for anyone running an Aquaero 5 or earlier revision.

Compatibility limited to Aquaero 6 Pro and XT

Only the Aquaero 6 Pro (70227) and XT (70028) are supported; older controllers will not accept the mounting pattern. The Aquaero 5 water block (20023) can be added later for active cooling if required.
