Arden Label 12000 Compatible Z Labels

These Tabbies-compatible alphabetic labels feature a laminated finish for durability. Each roll contains 500 individual "Z" letters printed in white on a light yellow background with white diagonal stripes. They suit offices, schools, or archives using colour-coded filing systems.

Installation and common issues

The roll format feeds cleanly through standard label dispensers. Split alignment marks on the backing help position each label accurately before folding. Problems usually arise when the clear skirt edge is not fully pressed down, allowing moisture or dirt to lift the corners.

Before ordering

Verify that your existing alphabetic system uses the 12000-compatible colour code for the letter Z. Confirm your dispenser accepts the roll core size and that the label dimensions match your file folders. These labels are not suited for non-laminated or numeric-only coding schemes.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the labels are aligned correctly after loading the roll?

Check that the split alignment marks on the laminated stock line up with your dispenser guides and that the white Z on the light-yellow striped face prints cleanly without offset.

What comes in the box and is anything else required to start labeling?

The box contains one roll of 500 pre-cut Z labels; no extra supplies are needed if you already have a compatible label dispenser.

Which version should I choose if I need the standard alphabetic color-code Z label?

Select the Arden Label 12000 Compatible Z Labels in light yellow with white diagonal stripes — the 500-count roll matches the standard Tabbies 12000 specification.
