Complete A-Z plus Mc label kit

This Arden Label kit provides 2484 polylaminated paper labels covering every letter from A through Z plus the Mc designation. The set matches Smead BCCR and BCCS series filing systems for consistent alphabetic organisation. Offices and records departments can replenish an entire index with a single refill package.

Polylaminated stock resists wear

The polylaminated coating protects each label from moisture, smudging and everyday handling in busy filing environments. Adhesive remains secure on standard file folders without curling at the edges during normal use. Assorted colours aid visual sorting while the laminated surface maintains legibility over time.

Sustained filing workloads stay legible

Under continuous daily labelling the polylaminated surface resists ink bleed and abrasion better than uncoated paper alternatives. Colours remain distinct across thousands of applications so misfiles stay minimal. The complete A-Z plus Mc assortment eliminates the need to order individual letters separately during high-volume periods.

Questions about this item

How do I install these polylaminated labels into my Smead BCCR or BCCS filing system?

Peel each label from the sheet and fold it over the top edge of the folder tab so the printed letter faces outward; the polylaminated coating keeps the fold crisp without tearing.

Will the adhesive on these 2484 labels degrade or need replacement over time?

The permanent acrylic adhesive is designed for the life of the file folder; under normal office conditions the labels do not require scheduled replacement.

At what point does the polylaminated surface show wear from frequent folder handling?

The polyester laminate resists scuffing and moisture, so visible wear typically appears only after years of daily insertion and removal from dense filing cabinets.
