Arden Label Balance Overdue Labels

These fluorescent orange paper labels display a clear Balance Overdue message for billing workflows. The roll format feeds cleanly through compatible dispensers and desktop printers. Office staff and accounts teams can flag outstanding invoices quickly during mail-outs or filing.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a passive paper product the labels generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no power during use. They remain stable at normal office temperatures and require no electrical connection or cooling consideration. Handling is silent and the adhesive activates on contact alone.

Replaces handwritten stamps and plain sticky notes

The pre-printed text removes the need for manual overdue markings on each document. The roll of 250 labels supports high-volume posting runs without frequent reloads. The jump is worth it when a department processes dozens of overdue notices each week and wants consistent, legible flagging.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 3" x 1" fluorescent orange roll into my label printer?

Insert the 250-label roll so the adhesive side faces the print head and the fluorescent orange surface feeds forward, then close the printer latch to secure the core.

When will the adhesive on these Balance Overdue labels lose its grip?

The permanent adhesive remains effective for typical indoor billing cycles; replace the roll once the 250 labels are used or if edges curl from humidity.

At what point does the fluorescent orange colour fade under continuous office lighting?

The fluorescent orange pigment resists fading for the life of the 250-label roll under normal indoor lighting; prolonged direct sunlight will dull it sooner.
