Arden Label "D" Polylaminated Labels Roll

This pack contains 500 individual polylaminated labels printed with the letter D on a white background with a black bar and fluorescent green character. Each label measures 1-1/4 inches wide by 1 inch high before folding and matches the Smead BCCR and BCCS series filing systems. The roll format keeps labels organised for high-volume alphabetical indexing tasks. The polylaminated coating protects the print during frequent handling.

Suited For Alphabetical Filing Systems

These labels suit offices, archives and records departments that use Smead-compatible colour-coded systems to organise files by surname or project code. They are not suited for environments that require numeric, year-code or custom-printed label sequences. Buyers who need a different letter or a mixed-letter pack should select the corresponding SKU. The product does not support thermal or laser printing workflows.

Single Deciding Specification

The critical specification is the pre-printed letter D on a polylaminated stock that matches Smead BCCR and BCCS series colour codes. If your filing scheme uses a different letter or a different colour-code standard, these labels will not integrate with your existing index. Verify the letter and series compatibility before ordering.

Questions about this item

What file-folder width does the 1-1/4" label wrap around?

The label wraps around standard folder tabs; the 1-1/4" width matches Smead BCCR/BCCS series folders.

How do you apply the polylaminated wrap-around label without trapping air?

Peel the liner, align the fluorescent green D on the tab front, then press firmly from the centre outward across the wrap.

When should the roll be replaced if the green D fades?

Replace the roll when the fluorescent green D becomes hard to read under office lighting; each roll contains 500 labels.
