Product Identity

Arden Label "ER" Matte Paper Labels arrive as a 100-pack of individual alpha stickers printed with a magenta E and white R on a white background. They match the Smead NCC Series filing system and suit offices that colour-code end-tab folders for quick visual retrieval.

Upgrade Context

These labels replace handwritten tabs or generic stickers when a standardised colour code is required for the Smead NCC Series. The jump is worth it if your current labels fade, peel or lack the magenta-and-white scheme that the filing system expects.

Installation Notes

Peel each label from the backing sheet and press onto a clean, dry folder tab; the matte paper stock accepts pen or printer ink without smudging. Misalignment is the usual issue, so position carefully before the adhesive sets.

Questions about this item

What size label holder or folder slot fits the 3-5/8" x 1-5/32" label dimensions?

The labels measure 3-5/8 inches wide by 1-5/32 inches high and are designed to match Smead NCC Series label holders and folder slots.

How do I apply the individual "ER" labels correctly, and what step is often missed?

Peel each matte paper label from the backing and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the step often missed is ensuring the surface is free of dust or oils before application.

When will I need to replace the labels, and what indicates it is time?

Replace the labels when the magenta "E" or white "R" print fades, the adhesive no longer bonds securely, or the matte paper becomes torn or stained; each pack contains 100 labels for restocking.
