Purpose-built allergy alert labels

These light-blue adhesive labels display "No Known Allergies" in black text on a 1-1/2" by 7/8" poly stock face. Each roll contains 250 individual labels designed for permanent application to patient charts, wristbands or medication records. The product is new and was first listed by the manufacturer in 2022.

Verify printer compatibility and surface suitability

Confirm that your label printer or applicator accepts rolls of this core size and that the 1-1/2" by 7/8" format matches your template layout. The poly stock material requires a printing method compatible with synthetic faces, and the permanent adhesive is intended for clean, dry surfaces such as paper charts or plastic wristbands.

Consistent adhesion during extended use

The permanent adhesive maintains its bond on patient records and wristbands throughout a hospital stay without lifting at the edges. Poly stock resists moisture and handling wear better than paper alternatives, so the printed "No Known Allergies" text stays legible for the duration of the label's service life.
