Armor VCI bags 500 pack

These corrosion-inhibiting poly bags protect metal parts during storage and shipping. They suit maintenance teams, tool-crib managers and anyone packing steel components for long-term shelf life. The open-top design allows quick loading without heat-sealing equipment.

12 by 18 inch 4 mil capacity

Each bag measures 12 inches wide by 18 inches long with a 4 mil LDPE wall. The flat-bottom construction stands upright on benches while holding hardware, fasteners or small machined items. A case of 500 bags supplies high-volume operations without frequent reordering.

VCI chemistry for ferrous metals

The volatile corrosion inhibitor vapour protects ferrous surfaces inside the sealed volume. Non-ferrous alloys, plastics or painted parts receive no benefit from this chemistry. Buyers protecting aluminium, copper or mixed-material assemblies need a different inhibitor formulation.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 x 18 inch VCI bags fit inside my existing wheelbarrow tray for tool storage?

The 12 inch width and 18 inch length bags are sized to line standard wheelbarrow trays and carts for corrosion protection.

How do I know the VCI corrosion inhibitor is active after I seal my tools inside?

The blue LDPE film releases vapour-phase inhibitors that coat metal surfaces; no visual indicator changes colour.

Does the 500 pack case include twist ties or heat-seal equipment for the open top bags?

The case contains 500 flat-bottom LDPE bags only; closures and sealing tools are purchased separately.
