Cable kit purpose

The Asiahorse RM extension kit adds 30 cm of sleeved length to a 24-pin ATX motherboard cable one 8-pin EPS CPU cable and two 6+2-pin PCIe GPU cables. It targets builders who want a black-pink colour scheme and tidy routing inside a standard case. The 16 AWG conductors and included combs keep the wires flat and prevent sag over time. Not for systems that need longer runs or different connector counts.

Thermals and power

UL1015 rated 16 AWG tinned copper wires with a 2.8 mm diameter lower resistance and reduce heat build-up under load. The soft nylon braid stays flexible so cables bend without stress on the connectors. Rated for power supplies from 100 W up to 800 W and 1000 W depending on the specific PSU series used. No active cooling or fan noise is involved because these are passive extensions.

Upgrade context

Replaces the stock black cables that come with most modular power supplies when a cleaner look or extra reach is needed.
