Steam DRM And Regional Restrictions

The code activates on Steam in supported countries and requires a Steam account for installation. Buyers in blocked regions including RU, CN, and others listed in the specifications cannot redeem or play this content.

Apocalypse Mode Requires Gathering Storm

The new Apocalypse game mode with forest fires and meteor showers only works when the Gathering Storm expansion is also installed. Without that expansion the mode remains unavailable while the leaders and civilizations function normally.
