A two-pack mesh Wi-Fi system delivering tri-band WiFi 7 speeds up to 9.4 Gbps with 2.5G WAN, 4G/5G tethering and AI-driven AiMesh coverage up to 5800 sq.ft
Model 2-Pack
The ASUS BT6(W-2-PK) is a two-pack mesh Wi-Fi system built on WiFi 7 (802.11be) tri-band technology. It delivers combined wireless speeds up to 9.4 Gbps across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. The system uses Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and 4096-QAM to boost throughput and reduce latency. Seven internal antennas and eight high-power front-end modules provide coverage up to 5800 sq.ft.
This system suits households that want seamless roaming across a large footprint and value wired backhaul via the 2.5G WAN port. Buyers who need only a single router for a small apartment or who require more than two nodes out of the box should look at other configurations. It is not designed for users who lack mains outlets near the desired node locations.
Before ordering, verify that your broadband modem or ONT can connect to the 2.5G WAN port for full throughput. Confirm you have available 1G LAN ports for wired clients and a free USB 3.0 port if you plan to attach storage or a 4G/5G dongle. Ensure your devices support WiFi 7 or WiFi 6 to benefit from the tri-band radios.

Other versions of this model
The 2.5G WAN port works with any modem that has a standard Gigabit Ethernet port; the link will simply run at 1 Gbps until a 2.5 Gbps modem is connected.
No, the 6 GHz radio requires Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) client hardware; Wi-Fi 6 devices will use the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios instead.
Open the ASUS router app or web UI and check the AiMesh topology page; it lists each node’s backhaul type and will show MLO when active.
