High-volume office paper

This A4-equivalent copy paper delivers 4000 sheets in an eight-ream carton, each ream containing 500 sheets. The 92 brightness rating produces crisp text and clear images for professional documents. Acid-free stock prevents yellowing and crumbling, keeping archives legible over time.

Suits busy offices, not photo work

Departments that print contracts, reports and marketing collateral daily will appreciate the jam-resistant feed and high-speed compatibility with most laser and inkjet printers. Users who need glossy finish, heavy card stock or specialised photo media should choose a different grade.

Fits standard trays, frees storage space

The 8.5 by 11 inch sheets load directly into universal printer trays without trimming. Carton packaging protects the reams during transport and stacks neatly on shelves, reducing the frequency of re-order trips for facilities teams.

Questions about this item

What printer types can I load the 8.5 x 11 inch, 20 lb sheets into?

The paper is compatible with most laser and inkjet printers, so you can use it in either technology without changing media.

Will the 92 brightness, acid-free stock feed reliably through an older high-speed laser printer?

The 20 lb weight and jam-free design are made for high-speed printing, so older laser units should feed the sheets smoothly.

How can I confirm the carton delivers the full 4000 sheets I ordered?

Count the reams — there should be eight sealed reams of 500 sheets each, totalling 4000 sheets in the box.
