Two M.2 slots run at PCIe 5.0 x4 with Ryzen 9000 and 7000 processors, while the primary x16 slot also operates at PCIe 5.0. With Ryzen 8000 series CPUs the same slots drop to PCIe 4.0 speeds and the x16 slot runs at x8 or x4. The second x16 slot is wired to the chipset at PCIe 4.0 x4 and shares bandwidth with the third M.2 slot.

16+2+2 power stages at 80A

The voltage regulator module uses 16+2+2 power stages rated at 80A each, fed by dual ProCool connectors, alloy chokes and durable capacitors. This design delivers stable current to the 12-core CPU during heavy multi-threaded loads and overclocking. Massive heatsinks with an integrated I/O cover and high-conductivity thermal pads keep the power circuitry cool.
