Ready-to-play desktop for 4K gaming

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White Dhahab system ships fully assembled with Windows 11 Home. An Intel Core i9-14900KF 24-core processor running at 3.2GHz pairs with a Dhahab GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card carrying 16GB GDDR7 memory. The platform includes 128GB DDR5 across four slots, a 4TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB SATA III HDD for large game libraries and content creation workloads.

360mm liquid cooler and 1000W supply handle

A 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler keeps the 24-core CPU at stable temperatures during extended sessions. The 1000W power supply delivers headroom for the RTX 5080 and all storage devices without throttling. Components are installed in the Helios chassis with RGB lighting and Wi-Fi connectivity, tested before dispatch so the machine runs quietly at idle and under load.

16GB GDDR7 on the RTX 5080 sets the ceiling for 4K

The graphics card’s 16GB GDDR7 frame buffer is the single spec that determines whether this build fits a 4K ultra or 8K texture pipeline. Buyers targeting higher VRAM demands or multi-GPU compute should look elsewhere; this configuration maxes out at the card’s native memory capacity.

Questions about this item

How is the 360mm liquid cooler installed, and which step is often missed?

The cooler comes pre-mounted on the i9-14900KF; the step buyers forget is connecting the pump header and the three fan cables to the motherboard before first boot.

What maintenance will the 360mm liquid cooler and 1000W power supply need later?

Dust the radiator fins and three fans every six months; check coolant level once a year and replace the fluid every two to three years; clean the PSU intake filter quarterly.

Which limit appears first during sustained loads on the i9-14900KF with the 360mm cooler?

The 24-core CPU hits its thermal throttle point before the 1000W power supply reaches its output ceiling, so coolant temperature becomes the limiting factor.
