Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core desktop

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White is a new gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with 16 cores running at 4.3GHz. It targets players and creators who want a pre-assembled Windows 11 system with 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 360mm liquid cooler already installed. The chassis includes Wi-Fi and RGB lighting.

360mm liquid cooling under sustained load

A 360mm liquid cooler handles the thermal output of the 16-core CPU during extended sessions, keeping clock speeds stable when air coolers would throttle. The 750W power supply feeds the RTX 5060 Ti graphics card with 8GB of GDDR7 memory across a PCI Express x16 link. The platform is virtual-reality ready for long play periods.

4TB NVMe plus 2TB SATA storage limits

The boot drive uses a 4TB NVMe SSD for fast OS and game loading, while a 2TB hard drive on a SATA III interface adds bulk capacity for media and backups. Four DDR5 slots are populated, leaving no free sockets for further memory expansion without replacing modules. Component brands may vary from the images shown.
