A 14-1 pin SPI security module with a Nuvoton NPCT750 chip adds TPM 2.0 protection to compatible server motherboards
The ASUS TPM-SPI card adds a hardware Trusted Platform Module to compatible server boards. It uses a Nuvoton NPCT750 chip compliant with TCG specification Family 2.0 Rev 1.38. The module secures keys, digital certificates, passwords, and data to protect digital identities and ensure platform integrity.
Verify that your server motherboard provides an available 14-1 pin SPI header before ordering. The card connects exclusively through this interface and cannot be installed on boards lacking the correct header. No other connection method or adapter is supported by this module.
The Nuvoton NPCT750 chip holds Common Criteria EAL4+ and FIPS 140-2 certifications. These validations confirm the module meets recognised security-assurance and cryptographic-module standards for sensitive deployments. The board also carries CE and RoHS compliance markings.

Only one version is offered — the 14-1 pin SPI design with Nuvoton NPCT750 chip certified to TCG 2.0 Rev 1.38, Common Criteria EAL4+ and FIPS 140-2.
It confirms the Nuvoton NPCT750 firmware meets the Trusted Computing Group 2.0 specification revision 1.38, enabling measured boot, key sealing and attestation on compatible server platforms.
