It ships with 20 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Home. Integrated Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics drive the 1600 x 900 display at 60 Hz.

Check your workflow and peripherals

The screen is a non-touch HD+ panel so verify that 1600 x 900 resolution suits your daily applications. Only one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A port and one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port are available alongside two USB 2.0 ports. A single HDMI output handles external displays while an SD card reader and combo audio jack complete the wired connectivity.

Silver chassis with compact port layout

The silver finish covers a chassis measuring 16 by 10 by 1 inches and weighing 4 lb. A 45 W power adapter charges the 2-cell 32 WHr battery for mobile use. Ports are grouped on the sides so cable routing stays tidy on a desk. The integrated webcam and 802.11 ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth support video calls without extra accessories.

Questions about this item

Does the laptop ship with the 20 GB DDR4 memory and 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD already installed, or do I need to add them myself?

The 20 GB DDR4 memory (4 GB onboard plus 16 GB SODIMM) and the 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD are installed before shipping, so the laptop arrives ready to use with no extra parts required.

Should I choose the Windows 10 Home edition or the Windows 11 Pro upgrade for this Ryzen 7 3700U configuration?

Windows 10 Home 64-bit is pre-installed; the Windows 11 Pro upgrade is an optional extra you can select if you prefer the newer OS on the same hardware.

How does the 1600 x 900 resolution on the 17.3-inch display affect everyday work and video playback?

The 1600 x 900 HD+ panel on the 17.3-inch screen provides a 16:9 workspace at 60 Hz, giving clear text for office tasks and acceptable video playback, though it is not Full HD.
