Visitor Register Book 900 Entries

The AT-A-GLANCE 8058005 visitor register book provides 60 wirebound pages with space for 900 entries. Each two-page spread holds 30 entries split evenly between left and right pages. Undated sheets allow use in any year. Black leather-finish cover gives a professional appearance for reception areas.

Easy Wirebound Setup

The book arrives ready to use with no assembly required. Wire binding lets pages lay flat for quick signing. Users should ensure entries fit within the 15 lines per page; longer visitor notes may run out of space. Ink can show through thin sheets so ballpoint pens work best.

Reception Desks Not High-Volume Sites

Suits offices, clinics and small venues that need a simple sign-in log. The 900-entry capacity covers moderate daily traffic for months. Organisations with heavy visitor flow or digital compliance needs should consider electronic alternatives. Buyers wanting dated pages or larger entry blocks will need a different format.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the register is capturing every visitor correctly after I start using it?

Each two-page spread holds 30 entries — 15 on the left page and 15 on the right — so you can count completed lines against the 900-entry capacity to verify nothing is missed.

What comes with the book and what must I supply separately?

The wirebound register ships as a single 60-page unit with a black leather-finish cover; you only need to provide a pen or pencil for writing entries.

Which version should I choose for a reception desk that sees steady daily traffic?

The 8058005 model provides 900 total entry slots across 60 undated pages, measuring 8.88 by 11.44 inches, making it suited for consistent daily use without needing multiple books.
