The CE620-AT-A is a USB DVI KVM extender set that uses HDBaseT 2.0 to carry video, USB and audio over a single Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable. It consists of a local unit (CE620L) that connects to the computer and a remote unit (CE620R) that connects to the monitor, keyboard and mouse.
