Dual-link DVI 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz

The decisive specification is the dual-link DVI video support, delivering up to 2560 x 1600 resolution at 60 Hz for sharp dual-monitor work. Single-link 3D modes reach 1920 x 1200 at 120 Hz, and widescreen resolutions are supported across both channels.

Suits multi-head workstations.

This switch suits operators who run two or four DVI dual-link systems and need independent KVM, USB and audio focus switching. Buyers whose sources or displays use HDMI, DisplayPort or single-link DVI only should look at a different KVM solution.

Questions about this item

What does the 2560 x 1600 at 60Hz resolution mean for my daily work?

It provides a sharp Dual Link DVI image at standard refresh so text, CAD lines and spreadsheets stay crisp without tearing.

How does the DVI Dual Link interface limit what I can connect?

Dual Link DVI caps each video channel at 2560 x 1600 at 60Hz, so higher refresh rates or 4K signals cannot pass through these ports.

What physical space and mounting does the unit need?

The switch weighs 12.35 kg and is designed for desktop or rack placement; allow enough depth for the attached DVI and USB cables to bend without strain.
