Connects two DisplayPort monitors and USB peripherals to compatible secure KVM switches over a 1.8 metre cable
This 1.8 metre cable kit connects a USB host to dual DisplayPort monitors through a secure KVM switch. It is designed for operators who need isolated video and data paths between classified and unclassified networks. The kit supports compatible ATEN secure KVM models in desktop and rack environments.
The kit upgrades installations that previously used single-display secure cables such as CS1142DP4 or CS1142DP4C. The jump is worth it when a workstation must drive two DisplayPort screens from one secure port without adding a second switch. It also consolidates cabling for CS1144DP4, CS1144DP4C, CS1148DP4 and CS1148DP4C deployments.
Confirm the target secure KVM is listed in the manufacturer highlights before ordering. Check that the switch provides the required number of DisplayPort outputs for dual-head operation. Ensure the 1.8 metre length reaches between the switch and the host without strain.
