It handles two RCA plus one 3.5mm source feeding four RCA plus one 3.5mm destination, or the reverse, using front-panel knobs to choose the active path without any external power or drivers.

It suits listeners who want to share one pair of powered speakers or a headphone amplifier across several source devices such as a computer, phone and turntable. It also suits the reverse scenario where one source feeds multiple zones. It does not suit installations that need remote control, automatic switching, balanced connections, or more than four simultaneous input or output devices.

Capacity and headroom

The box provides eight physical ports arranged as two groups of four RCA plus one 3.5mm each, allowing up to four sources and four destinations in either direction.
