This AUBEAMTO converter translates analogue SCART composite signals into digital HDMI output at 720p or 1080p 60Hz. It accepts PAL, NTSC3.58, NTSC4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N formats from devices such as DVD players, set-top boxes or older consoles. The unit is powered via the supplied USB cable from any 5V USB port or charger. No drivers are required for operation.

Analogue-to-digital processing at 10-bit 162MSPS

The converter samples the incoming composite video at a 10-bit 162MSPS rate during analogue-to-digital conversion. On-board processing applies black and white level extension, colour transition improvement, dynamic range extension and bright white handling. These functions work continuously to produce a stable 720p or 1080p 60Hz HDMI 1.4 signal without frame drops during extended playback sessions.

HDMI 1.4 output limited to 1080p 60Hz

The HDMI 1.4 interface caps the maximum resolution at 1080p 60Hz, so 4K or high-refresh-rate displays cannot be driven beyond this ceiling. Only composite video carried over the SCART connector is supported; RGB or S-Video signals present on the same SCART socket are not processed. Audio is embedded into the HDMI stream alongside the upscaled video. Buyers needing RGB SCART input or higher output resolutions should consider a different class of converter.
