Audiocrazy AC-BT2223RW Retro Radio

The Audiocrazy AC-BT2223RW is a vintage-styled wooden radio that blends classic aesthetics with modern connectivity. It receives AM and FM broadcasts and streams audio wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 or through a wired auxiliary input. A 10-watt full-range speaker housed in an acoustically tuned cabinet delivers warm, clear sound for home or office use.

Ideal for Retro Decor and Simple Listening

This radio suits listeners who value tactile rotary tuning, a softly glowing dial, and a real wood grain finish that complements traditional furnishings. It is not for buyers who want more storage, portable battery operation, multi-room wireless audio, or digital preset stations and remote control convenience.

Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Streaming

The single specification that decides fit is Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, which enables wireless streaming from smartphones or tablets to the 10-watt speaker. If your primary need is cable-free playback from a modern mobile device, this feature meets it; if you require newer Bluetooth versions or Wi-Fi casting, look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What Bluetooth version does the AC-BT2223RW use, and what does it cap in practice?

It uses Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless streaming from phones or tablets; the practical limit is the 10-watt speaker's output and the Aux input for wired sources.

What are the physical dimensions and weight for shelf or countertop placement?

The cabinet measures 16.93 in wide, 7.3 in deep, and 12.19 in high, weighing 4.6 pounds, so it needs a stable surface at least that large.

How is the radio powered and set up, and what step do people often miss?

Plug the included power adapter into a 120 V AC wall outlet, then extend the telescopic antenna fully for best AM and FM reception.
