FM transmission and Bluetooth audio streaming

The Audiovox T25 is a car HD radio adapter that adds FM transmission and Bluetooth streaming to any vehicle with a 12-24V power outlet. It receives audio from a paired phone or from files on a USB flash drive or TF card up to 32G and rebroadcasts it on an FM frequency picked up by the car's own antenna. The LED screen shows the active frequency, volume level and the vehicle's supply voltage.

Drivers who want wireless audio

This unit suits motorists who need hands-free calls, music playback from multiple sources and simultaneous charging of two devices without installing a new head unit. It is not for buyers who want a permanently installed receiver with AM reception, an auxiliary input or a dedicated app-controlled equaliser.

Dual USB ports with 5V/2.4A and 5V/1A outputs

One port delivers up to 2.4A for fast charging while the second port provides 1A and can also read music files from a USB flash drive. Both ports include overcharge protection so connected smartphones and tablets charge safely while the transmitter is in use.

Questions about this item

How do I install the T25 in my car and which step do people often get wrong?

Plug the T25 into the 12-24V power outlet, then tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency and match that same frequency on the transmitter; the step people often miss is setting both the car radio and the device to the identical empty station before pairing Bluetooth.

What maintenance or replacement will the T25 need later?

No scheduled maintenance is required; keep the LED screen and USB ports free of dust, avoid exposing the unit to high temperatures, and unplug it from the power outlet when the vehicle is not in use to prolong the internal electronics.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the T25?

The 5V 2.4A USB port supplies up to 2.4A and the second port up to 1A; if a connected device tries to draw more current than the port rating, the built-in overcharge protection will limit output, which is the first constraint reached under continuous load.
