The Autonics E40H8-800-3-N-24 is an incremental rotary encoder that delivers 800 pulses per revolution through an NPN open-collector output. It operates on a 12-24VDC supply with a maximum response frequency of 300kHz and a top speed of 5000rpm. The Ø8mm shaft connects via a radial cable and the housing meets IP50 protection.

Suited for position feedback in motion systems

This encoder fits applications needing incremental position or speed feedback with NPN logic, such as conveyor drives, packaging equipment or motor control loops.
