The AUTYUE SW905 is a USB-C KVM switch that lets two host computers share four displays and a full set of peripherals. It targets professionals who need simultaneous 4K60Hz output across four screens from either a Mac or a Windows machine. Driver installation via DisplayLink is mandatory before the unit becomes operational.

Four 4K60Hz outputs with 4K120Hz headroom

The switch drives four monitors at 4K60Hz simultaneously and can reach 4K120Hz when only two displays are active. USB bandwidth includes one 10Gbps USB-C port, three 5Gbps USB-A 3.0 ports and two 480Mbps USB-A 2.0 ports. PD charging is not supported so laptops must be powered separately.

USB 3.0 host requirement and resource load

Each host must provide at least a USB 3.0 or USB-C 3.0 port; Thunderbolt ports also work. The DisplayLink software consumes noticeable CPU and RAM — the supplier recommends a Core i7-class processor and 16GB of memory. A 12V DC adapter powers the unit and an IR remote handles input switching.
