Extends 4K HDMI at 60 Hz up to 130 ft and 1080p at 60 Hz up to 230 ft over Cat5e/6/6a/7 with HDR10+, HDCP 2.2, 18 Gbps bandwidth, IR return and PoE
The AV Access 4K HDMI Extender KVM Switch sends HDMI 2.0 signals up to 40 metres at 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 with HDR10 and Dolby Atmos, or up to 70 metres at 1080p 60 Hz over Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a or Cat7 cable. It delivers 18 Gbps bandwidth, supports HDCP 2.2 and 1.4, and includes bi-directional PoE, IR return and RS-232 pass-through. A single power adapter powers both transmitter and receiver units.
This extender suits installers who need long-distance 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 video with HDR and multichannel audio up to 7.1, plus IR and RS-232 control over a single Ethernet cable. It does not suit buyers who want ARC support, as ARC is not supported. It also does not suit setups that require transmission beyond 70 metres at 1080p or beyond 40 metres at 4K 60 Hz.
Verify that your source and display both have HDMI ports compatible with HDMI 2.0 or 1.4 and that you can run a solid Cat5e or better cable between the two locations within the stated distance limits. Confirm your devices do not rely on ARC for audio return. Ensure you have space for the slim transmitter and receiver units and that the threaded power connector will reach an outlet from either end.

One threaded power adapter connects to either the transmitter or receiver and powers both units through the Cat cable link.
Yes, the extender supports HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 with Auto EDID so the source and display negotiate the best common format without manual setup.
Play a 4K HDR test clip and confirm the display shows HDR10 active with 4:4:4 chroma at 60 Hz while audio passes Dolby Atmos or DTS:X bitstream.
