A 60 mm square, 15 mm thick case fan that spins at 3000 RPM to push 14.7 CFM at 24.6 dBA using a ball bearing and a 3-pin tachometer connector
The AVC F6015B12LY is a 60 by 15 millimetre frame fan that runs on 12 volts DC. It draws 0.1 ampere and 1.2 watts while spinning at 3000 RPM. The ball bearing and rib mounting suit tight spaces in small-form-factor builds or replacement jobs.
A sleeve-bearing fan of the same size often develops rattle or slows as lubricant dries. The ball bearing here maintains 3000 RPM and 14.7 CFM airflow longer, and the 3-pin tachometer wire lets the motherboard monitor speed. The upgrade pays off when the old fan becomes audible at 24.6 dBA or fails to hold RPM.
Builders fitting a Mini-ITX board, a slim HTPC chassis or an older 60mm heatsink will find the rib mounts and 8-inch lead compatible. Buyers needing higher static pressure for dense radiators or PWM speed control should look at something else.

The fan measures 60 mm square by 15 mm thick and uses rib type mounting holes that align with standard 60 mm fan positions.
Plug the 3 pin connector into a 12 V DC fan header; the third wire carries the speed sensor signal so the board can monitor the 3000 RPM speed.
Ball bearings typically run for tens of thousands of hours at 3000 RPM; listen for rising noise above the rated 24.6 dBA as a sign of wear.
