40x60 Monocular with Smartphone Adapter

The AVer XKDYJ monocular delivers 40x magnification through a 60 mm objective lens for bright, detailed views. Multi-coated optics and a BAK4 prism provide 99.8% light transmission. A nitrogen-filled, waterproof body protects the optics in wet or humid conditions.

Check smartphone dimensions and case compatibility

The bundled smartphone adapter fits most handsets, but very large phones or thick protective cases may not clamp securely. The straight-through eyepiece requires the phone camera to align directly with the eyecup, so verify your device layout before ordering. No tripod is included; a separate mount is needed for extended stationary viewing.

Smartphone adapter enables photo and video capture

The included adapter clamps your phone over the eyepiece so you can record images and footage through the 40x optical system. A carrying case is supplied for transport and storage. The adapter adds no optical elements; it simply positions the phone sensor behind the monocular eyepiece.

Questions about this item

Does the 40x60 monocular ship with the smartphone adapter and a case, or must they be purchased separately?

The package includes both the smartphone adapter for image and video capture and a telescope case.

The specs list 40x magnification with a 60 mm objective lens; how does that combination affect brightness and reach?

The 60 mm objective gathers more light while the 40x magnification brings distant subjects up to 3000 feet field of view closer, and the SMC coating with BAK4 prism delivers 99.8% light transmission for bright images.

At 40x magnification, how steady does the view stay when hand-held and what is the closest focus distance?

The monocular is designed for one-handed operation with a focus wheel and adjustable eyecup; nitrogen-filled waterproof construction adds stability in humid or rainy conditions.
