Strung manila shipping tags

Avery 12503 shipping tags are 3.75" x 1.88" manila cardstock tags strung with 12 inches of looped string for immediate attachment. The 13 point stock provides a smooth writing surface and the reinforced eyelet prevents the string from ripping through the tag. Each box contains 1000 tags suitable for shipping, inventory or pricing tasks.

High-volume labelling needs

These tags suit warehouses, mailrooms and retailers that label large quantities of parcels, stock or merchandise where a pre-tied string speeds up the process. The neutral manila background keeps handwritten or printed text legible during transit. Buyers who need adhesive labels, plastic tags or a smaller pack size should consider other options.

Reinforced eyelet durability

The barrel-shaped welded patch reinforces the hole so the 12-inch string holds the tag firmly without tearing the 13 point cardstock. This reinforcement is the single specification that decides whether the tag survives repeated handling and long-distance shipping.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the 13 point manila cardstock generate during all-day use?

The tags are passive paper stock; they produce no heat, noise or power draw while attached to shipments.

What tools or fasteners must I already have to use these 3.75" x 1.88" strung tags?

Each tag comes pre-strung with a 12-inch loop, so no additional wire, ties or fasteners are required.

Will the reinforced eyelet on model 12503 hold up on older crates or pallets with rough edges?

The welded barrel patch and reinforced hole are designed to resist tearing when the string pulls against coarse surfaces.
