Thermal shipping labels in bulk

This pack contains 880 white labels sized 4 x 6 inches, supplied as four rolls of 220 labels each. They use direct thermal material so no ink or toner is required. The permanent adhesive bonds securely to corrugated cartons and a variety of packaging surfaces.

High-volume shippers using compatible thermal

The labels are tested with Dymo LabelWriter 4XL and Zebra GX420D printers and suit UPS, FedEx, deli and bakery labelling. Operations that need colour printing, removable adhesive or laser and inkjet compatibility should look at other products.

Direct thermal 4 x 6 inch format

Each label measures 4 by 6 inches and works only with direct thermal printers that accept this size. The rolls are 7.60 inches in diameter and weigh 5.60 lbs per box, so confirm your printer can handle that roll dimension before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will these 4157 labels feed correctly through my older Dymo LabelWriter 4XL?

Yes, the 4157 rolls are listed as compatible with the Dymo LabelWriter 4XL and the Zebra GX420D, so they will feed through that printer.

Print a test label and check that the 4 x 6 white surface shows sharp, smudge-free text and that the permanent adhesive bonds firmly to a carton.

The box holds four rolls, each with 220 labels, giving 880 labels total; no extra rolls are required.
