Clear Plastic Document Sleeves

These Avery 72311 sleeves are transparent polypropylene pockets sold in a 12-pack. Each sleeve is letter-sized and sealed on two sides to hold loose sheets securely. The material is acid-free and archival-safe for long-term document preservation. A front notch allows quick paper removal without lifting print.

For Organising Single Documents

The sleeves suit anyone who needs to protect individual sheets such as certificates, reference pages or project handouts. They are unpunched and untabbed, so they will not work in ring binders or filing systems that require pre-drilled holes or index tabs. Buyers who need binder-ready pockets or indexed dividers should look elsewhere.

Twelve-Sleeve Pack Quantity

The pack contains exactly 12 clear sleeves, which determines how many separate documents can be protected at once. No other count or bulk option is described in the product data. Check that this quantity matches the volume of paperwork you plan to store.

Questions about this item

Will the polypropylene sleeves need replacing after long-term document storage?

The acid-free, archival-safe material is designed to protect documents without degrading, so the sleeves themselves do not require scheduled replacement under normal use.

What is the first limitation when using these sleeves continuously in a high-volume filing system?

Each sleeve is a single untabbed pocket sealed on two sides, so capacity is limited to the thickness of papers that fit within one letter-size compartment.

Do the clear plastic sleeves generate any heat or noise when left in a binder all day?

These are passive polypropylene sleeves with no electronic components, so they produce no heat, noise or power draw during use.
